Classes can be purchased individually or in blocks of 5 or 10. The blocks of classes give you the access to any classes on our schedule. They need to be booked via the system and used within 4 and 8 weeks respectively from the date of purchase.

We have beginners, mixed and advanced classes (for those who want to box competitively and take part in white collar boxing) on our training schedule. We also have women only and teenage classes. You can choose from: boxing, Thai boxing, kickboxing, strength & conditioning and circuits classes. We also offer self-defence courses for women.



Personal Training is for those that have a specific goal in mind and require training sessions that are specifically tailored to them. Sometimes we lack motivation or knowledge required to take ourselves to the next level and this is where a personal trainer will help you achieve all and more than you thought possible.

The Glove Up Personal Trainers are fitness professionals with the knowledge, experience and expertise to motivate you and maximise results. They will offer you the correct advice and guidance in the areas you require to reach your fitness goals. Each session is an hour long and your personal trainer will be there solely for your purpose.
